This prompted Dorran to lead a mass exodus and surrender his land. And so, the defiant Corvus remained in his small fort, while nearly everyone abandoned the land, including nearly all the soldiers. Corvus had a reputation for being irresponsible and impulsive, but now everyone thought he was completely insane.
